| Strategy Services The output from our strategy service is a demand driven PLM plan. A plan based on the value provided to the customer, not the technical feasibility of the necessary underlying products and services. The services is split in two parts: one addressing demands i.e. demand management and the second the value i.e. value management. The value management is in its turn divided in customer and internal value parts to make it fit with budget and other limiting constraints. The work packages are based on Coresource PLM Capability Maturity Model-Integrated (PLM CMM-I). The model is used for assessment of current PLM Capability Maturity position, the wanted position and the steps to close the gaps providing the most value in the day-to-day operations. One of the more important aspect is to understand how well the existing PLM practice is used in day-to-day operations. This is especially important for design of People Change Management i.e. defining the platform for the necessary competence life of experienced and in-experienced personnel. Our service holds experienced-based PLM strategic planning and plan examples that can function as leading practice. The processes, roles and IT-applications used based on leading practices provided by us and our partners. The strategy services includes the interaction with users in the day-to-day operations and therefore include stakeholder communication. . |
